It is true. Nothing is more laudable than doing the things we actually say. Your actions are interpreted faster than the things you actually say. In fact, if you really want to know who people really are, Pay more attention to what they do and less attention to what they say. It is what you do and not what you say that defines you. 

You are called a mechanic because you repair machines; you are called a Medical Doctor because of your proven skills in the science of medicine. Whatever profession, You are not acknowledged as a master yet until you have proved it with your results. Actions speak louder than words.

For Instance, Parents who tell their children the danger of smoking but go behind to light up some cigarette cannot convince their children to believe them even in other areas. Politicians who make promises and not fulfill them will be considered empty talkers. Tell people anything you want to tell them, You must prove it by your actions and results in order to persuade them to your way of thinking.

The desire to make changes in your life as opposed to living in perpetual frustration is central to your becoming great and living a fulfilled life. Like the man who is tied to a pillar just in front of an open gate leading to a land filled with milk and honey. In such case, his thirst heightens as long as he keeps sighting the'open gate', but here is the problem, he's still tied, he can't move an inch even though he wants to get out to get in. No matter how desperate he is to get to his dream land of possibilities, until he breaks free from what's tying him down, he ain't going no where. no no where.
The Desire to Succeed does not guarantee success

Hindrances, Set-backs, Challenges of life not only heighten your desire to break loose, it also heightens your level of frustration and disappointment knowing that the more you try to break loose, the more you're being tied. Sometimes these limitations could result form

• Addiction (Drug, P*rn, Sleep, Food, Gambling,Video games)
• Disappointments from people especially from those you don't expect to dis you
• Short-Sightedness (Inability to see beyond your nose. When this happens, you lack motivation to move forward, you lack the drive to get better)

which in turn affects your productivity and performance. However, there is a solution because,

        In every situation you find yourself in, there's always a provision for solution.

You need

1. Discovery : Take a deep look inward, be sincere with yourself what is limiting you and your progress. Write them down on a sheet of paper,The next big step is BURN IT. I mean bur-bur-burn it. This bold step not only makes you conscious of the need to change for a better life, it rewires your brain to knowing that you really, really don't want a limiting life any longer.
2. Decision : From all appearance of evil, you're to RUN AWAY! I mean, take to your heels. Decision is invalid when there's no action. You won't get anything done unless you decide to get it done. If you want a better life, decide to be better. If you want a more productive life, it takes decision to make that possible. The decision making process might require you shed off, remove, stop, reduce somethings. Be definite and be precise about what you want and don't want in your life. Take Action.
3. Reach Out : There's always someone somewhere willing to give freely what you need badly, and this cannot be discovered when you don't reach out to others. No one has ever succeeded in isolation. Reach Out when things are not as expected. When you reach out, you attract ideas, solutions and people that lift you up. When you reach out, your burdens are lifted.

2. Know MORE People

How best can I describe the power of building positive relationships in making your entire life progress. You can't rule out the power of referrals made by others about what you do. Everyone is a potential catalyst to your becoming more wealthy. Value everyone you come in contact with. Some may not have the money to give but on their palm lies the connection you need to breakthrough. Stamp good reputation in the heart of everyone you meet or work for. They're sure to bring another 5 and then the chain grows more than you can number.

3. Be MORE

Life hasn't created any space for Stagnancy. It's either you're moving forward or going backwards- don't just tell me things are just the same. It has rather gone worse. The world will keep moving. The term "experience" in the labour market is not about how many years you've "so" worked or the number of Gray hair you have but on the utility you can provide. Your input. What you can deliver. Learn More. Take More Courses. Be better everyday in everyway . Get more! Be More!

4 Help MORE People

Pushing others to get pushed. You can never underestimate how far the little assistance you do to someone can take you. Most times, these little helps cost you nothing. You're a product of people's input one way or the other even if they get paid for it. Make Others Better. You'll never be worse, others will make you better too. It's one of the golden rules of life. Demote others and I tell you, you're the next to get to the bottom. Sow into people's need even if they don't reciprocate, it's none of your business - you've done your part. Meet needs. Yours will miraculously be met though not always through the medium with which you assisted. Be a Source, you'll never run dry. The cycle of abundance will repeat itself. Help MORE people they just can't be enough.
