In fact, if you really want to know who people really are, Pay more attention to what they do and less attention to what they say. It is what you do and not what you say that defines you. 

You are called a mechanic because you repair machines; you are called a Medical Doctor because of your proven skills in the science of medicine. Whatever profession, You are not acknowledged as a master yet until you have proved it with your results. Actions speak louder than words.

For Instance, Parents who tell their children the danger of smoking but go behind to light up some cigarette cannot convince their children to believe them even in other areas. Politicians who make promises and not fulfill them will be considered empty talkers. Tell people anything you want to tell them, You must prove it by your actions and results in order to persuade them to your way of thinking.
